Product Safety

If you suspect an adverse reaction to a medicinal product, or have other information relevant to its safety, you can report it to inPHARM. A report can be submitted by a healthcare professional, a patient, a member of the patient's family or their carer, a distributor, a business partner, or any other reporter. You do not need to be certain that the health problem is related to the use of the medicinal product — a mere suspicion is a sufficient reason to report.

What can be reported

inPHARM's portfolio comprises both medicinal products and medical devices. A different regulatory reporting regime applies to each of these categories, so please state in your report which type of product is concerned.

MEDICINAL PRODUCTS

Pharmacovigilance

A suspected adverse reaction to a medicinal product or any other matter relating to its safety, including a suspected quality defect.

MEDICAL DEVICES

Medical device vigilance

An incident involving a medical device — for example a malfunction or deterioration in its characteristics, or a deficiency in its labelling or instructions for use.
